Yoga Class #5

Well, I am on my 5th straight week of Yoga classes. I am finding that I am getting more flexible and lean. Such a great work out! I would recommend Yoga to anyone looking to change up their workout routine. 

I have been having hip problems lately. Luckily, with the help of my Yoga instructor, I am working to fix it through stretching.

Here are some poses I did last night:

The Cow Pose:
 Cow Face Pose Gomukhasana

The Locust Pose:
(I like to call in the Superman Pose)


Well that sums up my torture, umm..I mean Yoga workout, for the week. Next week I have the harder lady. We'll see how I do!
