Just call me Gumbi

I was excited to hear that my gym was now offering Yoga classes on Saturdays.

Woo-hoo! I can now take yoga TWICE a week!

So on Saturday, I found myself sitting on mat, ready to embark on another Yoga adventure.

In walks an instructor I have never worked with before. Hmmmm.....this should be interesting.

Preparing myself for the worst, I begin the workout. 

To my surprise, the instructor taught the class as if we were doing beginners Yoga. Oh no, I thought. This is not going to be good. I need to be pushed and challenged.

But as the workout progressed, I found myself adding extra things, little movements that challenged my Yoga workout. I looked at the beginners as some of them struggled with new positions and I thought, "Wow. I used to be like that." 

I have learned that I have come a long way. It made me feel accomplished and satisfied with my progress. I may not be perfect at Yoga but I am getting better and it feels great!

I'm gonna get my fix!!

Hello! Just a quick little post on why I am super excited for October 6th (tomorrow.)

I am going to get my Sookie fix! (Big smile!)

Although, they are just short stories about various things happening in the "background" of the series, I am still excited to read it!
